Shipping

You wil receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way so you can look forward to its arrival!

These can sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk folders by your email provider.  If you are unable to find a confirmation email, please contact us and let us know and we can investigate this for you.

We will always do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery times stated, however please note there are occasions where factors outside of our control that can affect delivery such as Public Holidays, Weather events and Christmas delays.

The below are a rough guideline and are not guaranteed times.

North Island - 3 - 4 business days

South Island - 4 - 5 business days

Rural Delivery - can take up to 3/4 days longer than standard delivery.

Should you wish to make changes to your order (such as swap products, change a delivery address or cancel your order), these changes must be requested within 2 hours of you placing your order on the website. Please email hello@kentandkiwi.com quoting your order number and the full information to request an order change and we will try our very best to help.

If you have ordered from us and have not received your order after 10-14 business days and have not received an email from us (please check thoroughly in junk and spam folders), please first check with your local NZ Post depot as your order may have been taken there by your postie without notification.  If you have followed these steps please send us an email and we will look into this for you and make sure it is resolved.

If you have not checked the NZ Post Depot and we receive your order back due to non-collection, there will be an additional courier charge to send your order back to you.

If for any reason there is something missing from your Kent + Kiwi Giftbox, please do not hesitate to get in contact by email and we will endeavour to rectify this as soon as possible. Kent + Kiwi follow a very strict packing process and in the unfortunate event that an item is missing or damaged, please contact us with 14 days so that we can rectify this quickly.  We cannot provide a satisfactory investigation after 14 days.

Whilst we want everything to arrive as amazingly as we sent it, we understand that things do unfortunately get damaged in the delivery process.  If your items arrive damaged, please email us at hello@kentandkiwi.com with supporting images/photos and as much information as possible so we can get a replacement sent out to you.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your Kent+Kiwi gift box arrives with a damaged or faulty item please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kentandkiwi.com.  We must be contacted within 14 days of receiving your item.

We do not exchange, refund or accept returns on any sale items or customised orders.

Items must be returned in the same condition which you received them, with original packaging, with tags and in an unused condition.  Initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.  There may be a 20% restocking fee to cover the packing and restocking cost.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the item is faulty. We will either exchange, replace or provide a credit or refund at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 working days (depending on your individual bank).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Customising your order

Please get in touch with us if you would like to customise one of our gift boxes for you.

Maybe you want to add something to one of our already created gift boxes? Honestly just let us know, we want your gift box to have the WOW factor for your special person.
