We hope you love your Gift box!

In the unlikely event that your Kent+Kiwi gift box arrives with a damaged or faulty item please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kentandkiwi.com.  We must be contacted within 14 days of receiving your item.

Something Missing? 

If for any reason there is something missing from your Kent+Kiwi gift box, please contact us at hello@kentandkiwi.com.  We will endeavour to rectify this as soon as possible, we must be contacted within 14 days of receiving your item.  We cannot provide a satisfactory investigation after 14 days.  

We do not exchange, refund or accept returns on any sale items or customised orders.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for a change of mind.

Items must be returned in the same condition which you received them, with original packaging, with tags and in an unused condition.  Initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.  There may be a 20% restocking fee to cover the packing and restocking cost.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the item is faulty. We will either exchange, replace or provide a credit or refund at our discretion.
