Shipping policy

We work with a number of different courier services to make sure we get your Kent+Kiwi gift box to the recipient in great condition and within the quickest time frame possible. 

Standard Delivery Rates:

  • Free shipping on orders over $150
  • North & South Island                $10.00
  • North and South Island Rural  $15.00

    Standard Delivery Times:

    • North & South Island are 3 - 4 business days

    When you place your order, you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel.

    Unfortunately couriers cannot guarantee the exact time your gift will be delivered. 

    We advise ordering early during busy times such as Christmas, Easter and Mother’s/Fathers Day as courier deliveries take longer during these times.

    International delivery

    We do not currently ship outside of NZ.

    Rural Delivery

    Deliveries to rural areas can take up to 3/4 business days longer than standard delivery times.

    Shipping and Delivery Address

    Please make sure the shipping/delivery address is correct. 

    We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
